RETURN & REFUND

Returns

You may return any unused and undamaged item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.

Please Note:
Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
